An Oriental favourite made with ceremony grade organic matcha powder and fragrant Korean yuzu jam.
Cotton-light matcha sponge covered and filled with aromatic matcha fresh cream, sandwiched with refreshing yuzu cream filling and white chocolate cripsy pearls.
If you prefer a more traditional combination of matcha and Adzuki beans, we are more than happy to replace the yuzu cream filling with a melt-in-mouth Adzuki bean filling without extra cost.
